Hovercraft_Free4All

By: thomasalan

I decided to download one of my old maps i made in 2004 and give it a update.
Last update: May 24, 2008
------------------------------

This can be a fun map if played with the right people. This is a multiplay only map for Zerohour.
This is not a skirmish enabled map.
------------------------------
Set your game name as Free4All $10,000
if you give more money than $10,000 as the starting cash i find that no one needs to go get the capturables in the middle of the map, and often just bunker down instead with there cash.
------------------------------
This map is intended to be a Free4All or All players vs All players if you don't know what Free4All means.
------------------------------
For fair play you should tell each of the players this message before the match.
"Each player gets one special hovercraft, use it to lower or raise the water revealing capturables"
------------------------------
The map is meant to be played with low starting money, playing it any other way degrades the intended play style of the map.
------------------------------
pretty much capture your hovercraft, and take your troops over the water in the middle mountain, the water detects your special hovercraft and lowers the water revealing a capturable army, some armored buildings, much needed 2,500 crates. There is like 50,000 up there in crates, the person who doesn't go for the middle will most likely lose the match. This is the way it's meant to be played, you don't go for the middle and you have economy probleums.
------------------------------
How the hovercraft works:
Put hovercraft over water in the center of the water that is, and the water lower script activates.

Remove hovercraft from over water and the raise water script activates.
may 24, 08 update added scripting to make the water rise when another player is waiting at the top but the water is down.
